Work on a Digital Ocean server form Ghost CMS -- 2

Hi,

Recently I have hired a freelancer to install 4 instances of Ghost CMS on my server. Now I need to keep working on it to:

1) Update the URLs for the 4 instances. It's takking people for the test URL, but we're in production.

2) Create another instance for another Ghost website;

3) Create FTP access to site files, so I can upload [login to view URL] and etc;
