Hi there As you can see from some feedbacks from similar projects I am experienced on audio repaing. Though is not always possible to clean some audios with to much noise, s first of all before awarding I will need to listen to the file and tell you if its possible to save the voice from there. Hi mate, I can try different Eq, filter and noise removal techniques to clean the audio and make the speech more dominant. **FYI In case the audio is extremely noisy and nobody in here can help you, there is a field in sound studies called "audio forensics", which is mainly used in anti-terrorist organizations. They analyze the frequencies of the speech in order to decode/identify the words they have said. Regards

I am a music and sound artist with the ability and experience to reduce nose interfering with a certain frequency that will be relevant to the people talking. It all depends on the quality of the recording and how close the people are to the microphone of course, but I can definitely clean it up. Dear Sir! After analyzing the recording my approach would be to clean up the entire recorded audio track. By that I mean to lower the noise level to a minimum to than further be able to Isolate the voices of the thieves who visited your car workshop. After Isolating the voices I would then go on to enhance intelligibility by running as many audio processors as needed. I work in CubasePro 8.5, additionally I use Audio processors-plugins from the Universal-Audio Platform.
