I would like to hire a Programmer

An app that works both on Android and iPhone, must look fresh and simple. Also must use push notifications and a bit of simple DB. The idea is creating an update system for my dance studio, every student should log in first using his phone number and barcode number he\she gets when first coming to our studio. Then, the student can choose from a list of classes to be updated about, for instance: a "Hip Hop Adv with Natali" or "Hip Hop Beg with Sharon". -I need to be able to easily edit that list. The student can always open the app and change the selected updates list. Also, the teachers should be able to log in separately and write these updates, for instance, Sharon can open the app and select her class from a list of only her classes, then write a simple text-update and select when she wants it to be sent (date+time). The app should then send that text as a push notification to everyone who selected that specific class Sharon wrote the text-update for. Things that happen on the start-up of the app: (after first-one-time log in) see "todays updates" that the student picked a "choose\change updates" button a "show my barcode" button It is important to add that we have 3 branches, each has its own classes and students, some teachers are teaching at more than one branch and some students come to more that one branch, so there is a bit of a DB work but nothing too complicated. My name is Dima, I am the manager of the 3 branches. I am a programming enthusiast but lack the time to learn what is needed for this project. Need the project to be done within a month, but the time actually needed to finish it is probably a week, maybe less. Lets do this! :)
