Write a PHP function or code that logs into a database, retrieves a code from one of the columns in the mysql/postgresql database, puts that code onto a predefined picture template in a particular position and then saves the output as a picture file e.g. PNG, JPG or PDF. See attachments which is displayed to user on screen and which user can download after clicking download button.
