Build a capx file with construct 2

I started a project in construct 2 but I can not finished.

I need someone how finished, someone how pro in construct 2 in this nothing.

I need this for capx file

If you see from phone then the user can zoom in zoom out can go left right up and down and to the sides.

If the user tilt the phone then can navigate too on the 360 picture.
