Dear employer, I am experienced developer/consultant in fields of python development. For CRM system development there are few options depending on features that You require. The most common python CRM development is using Odoo or Django. I can tinker through functionality you need to implement ( compose functional specification) and recommend the path for implementation ( architecture design plan ). Afterwards I will compose execution plan with agile development sprints. Regarding the payment, I am good with having payment afterwards when all the functionality agreed is complete. Maintaining, updating and hosting will be included in our development cycle including all best practices. Code would be well managed and documented by best practices of writing code in python.
