Develop a simple 3D scanning software using Asus Xtion Pro Live

We need to develop a simple program to use a Asus Xtion Pro Live sensor as a 3D scanning system. The software must run on a windows low-cost tablet (e.g., Z3735 processor). It's operation will be similar to the Skanect software ([url removed, login to view]), but without any kind of special feature or configuration, only a button to start and stop the scan.
