Importing CSV files from Sharepoint to data lake

Dear Employer, I completely understand your job description which says, you need to transfer CSV file from Sharepoint to datalake and you need that to be done using Dataverse where in, any new CSV added in Sharepoint will have a related table in Dataverse. When data is updated, data will be updated in Dataverse and if its inserted, then a new table in dataverse and then in both the cases insert the data in Datalake.
