Small Application to Sort Text

I need a small application that will do the following on Mac and Windows: 1) Accept pasting a mid sized body of text into it (up to 500 words) 2) Remove punctuation and symbols 3) Remove stop words 4) Remove numbers 5) Count how many times each unique word occurs 6) Find all unique words 7) Output an alphabetised list of all unique words separated by commas. 8) Output a list of words organised by maximum to minimum 'prominence score' - ie a percentage of how many times a word appeared compared to others separated by commas. For example: Input: This is an example of text that I would like. It will be copied from different rows in a spreadsheet so be formatted like this. There may be random phone numbers such as 01231 134 542. There will also be symbols and punctuation such as - , . | & " This is an example of text I would like. Output 1: copied, different, example, formatted, like, numbers, punctuation, random, rows, spreadsheet, symbols, text Output 2: 15% like, 10.5% text, 10.5% example, 5.3% phone, 5.3% random, 5.3% numbers, 5.3% punctuation, 5.3% may, 5.3% symbols, 5.3% spreadsheet It doesn't need to look amazing and I'm happy using a command line or something similar - the functionality is the most important thing.
