Urgently need a simple website in Django plus a Recommender Systems algorithm - 26/08/2018 09:51 EDT

Small size project with Django, Python, Postgresql. I want to create a website that stores the Kindergartens in a city (with different attributes, eg. location, language, teaching style) and recommends them to the users based on their location and, in a second stage, based on their previous ratings. The users should register via username, email, password. Then, based on their location (taken from Google Maps), users should get the closest 5 Kindergartens and rate them. The Recommender System algorithm should then use this information to further recommend other Kindergartens. The project should be straight forward for an experienced programmer. I am myself struggling with the client side in Django, but I am more confident in managing the server side. Therefore, the paying will be fairly good compared with the amount of work.
