Hi, I am mehanical engineer with three years of expirience in small company that produce mold for plastic, gum etc. I make 3D models and 2D drawings for costumers who want to producing parts for injecton mold mashines. Also i make G-codes for cnc mashines where i produce mold for manufacturing plastic parts. You can see some of my work in my portfolio. I work in Creo, Solidworks. I will come on skype, teamspeak etc for more details. Molding is my main work in last 3 years, i produce full construction for molding and produce molds on CNC machines. The first what i do is to make model or to change model which i get, be possible to mould. I need to see where i will split mould which parting line will use, and how to give angles, radius, to know material for shrinking. When i finish that i make complite construction with ejectors, screws, bushings, springs and all other parts. I have just one demand when i make constrution, to be simple and if it is simple it is cheaper to produce mold and part. Also i must to follow basic requirement of product at first place. That is what i do i hope that you will give me more information because this is just to many pictures from to many products.
