I need the details of any 4 transactions each having the following attributes: 1. The transaction took place in the United States and both the seller and the buyer were United States companies. 2. The seller was recognized by the United States Internal Revenue Service (IRS) as a 501(c)3 nonprofit (charitable) corporation or trust. 3. The seller sold a business unit (as in a spin off, or divestiture) or substantial asset (such as real estate). 4. The buyer was a traditional corporation. It was not a nonprofit corporation or trust. 5. The transaction value was greater than $1 million US. 6. Consideration (payment) included at least 50% seller financing. Seller financing such as a note or loan (mortgage) or .... Less than 50% is ok for a transaction greater than $2 million US. 7. The transaction does not involve Rural India Supporting Trust. 1,000 or more transactions of this nature may have been completed in the US in the last 10 years. I only need the details on 4 such transactions. Each transaction must match all 7 attributes.
