Hey there, While not being a Ruby programmer, I do know Twilio well, and have worked with their API before on a couple of projects (mostly SMS related). I can code a phone tree using PHP and HTTP endpoints within Twilio - would this be good enough and maintainable for you? Hope to hear from you, Sebastiaan
