Sales & Brand Manager: DENIM
Assistant.
We are:
• A boutique wholesale distribution & sales agency.
• We import niche, cool, international apparel brands, men’s and women’s, for Australia & NZ.
• We are preparing to distribute a Premium US denim brand into the Australian market.
You are:
• Sales focused, with a love and knowledge of fashion and denim.
• Someone who wants to be able to take on full responsibility for our denim brands: sales, development, boutique wholesale and department stores.
• Over view all preparations required for Sales Campaign periods.
• Management of clients and relationships, make showroom appointments as required.
• Development, research and expansion of new customers in an dynamic and personable manner.
• Checking of all Orders and all data entry of orders.
• General filing and administration, and keeping files maintained and updated.
• Prepare weekly stock availability lists for buyers and complete all refill orders they may require, and to fulfill weekly re-stock budgets and stock sales from on-hand stock.
• Store visits; store merchandising and sales training.
• Weekly calls to customers, working closely with key.
• Implementation of sales strategy,
• Department Stores: monthly visits, all support required.
• Reporting to the General Brand Manager.
*SKILLS REQUIRED
• A love of denim.
• Denim brand sales experience advantageous.
• Experience in showroom sales and/ or customer service is preferable.
• Confident and well spoken; thorough & organized; a strong fashion sense.
• Very high level of Excel, Word, and general computer skills: this is imperative.
• Letter writing and numerical skills.
• Drivers License ideally.
• The ability to do ten things at once! Proactivity!
• Knowledge of Department Store business is advantageous.
