I was a telemarketer for them, I was using their database of clients who were interested in their products. I have experience working using CRM software as this was how I was working for a year now. I am aware that your CMR my be different from the one one I was using but I am a fast learner and also I am from computerized generation so learning new things is not a problem for me. My aim is to develop a long lasting relationship with a client, because from my experience a client who knows me feels more comfortable to talk and hence he is more likely to buy your product. I pay attention to details so I know when client like to talk in more informal and when in formal language.
