Automated posting of text Messages to WEB server(SPAM progr)

Hello I would like to have a simple Visual Basic program (Visual Studio 2010/.net framework) that would send customized messages to a HTTP server. The web server is a very old dating platform, mostly html+some javacript with it. It should login to [login to view URL] using following parameters: **HTTP - Post Fields: action "login" p_heslo "mypassword" p_login "mikina123" p_zapamatovane ""** Then it should be able to keep the session ID. (SID) and all cookies coming from server. The program shoud pass some information to the server such as "Browser", Language etc... all should be editable in the config section After successful login, The program should maintain the session for a while and send once in x seconds a message to a randomly chosen users. Configurable parameters: host, username, password, url for sending, time limit between messages in seconds, total number of messages sent per day. Answer can be also delivered back. Now hat should be automated. Behaviour - use cases: 1) As Admin I will start this program and configure all that is necessary. 2) After pressing the button start it should start sending the messages inf following way. It would wait 0s - n(limit) seconds between each message. It would also count the messages and show it visually that it was successfully sent. 3) As admin I should be able to stop the process each time. 4) It should note into the [login to view URL] what message was send to what user and when. 5) Configuration should be saved in the [login to view URL] file and next I open the program it should be already pre-configured. 6) All used IDs should be saved in a text based file(can be whatever of your choice TXT,XML, CSV, but readable ....) The code you will deliver should be open so we can later modify it, extend it. All is very simple. Let me know if you thing that you can create such a program.
