StumbleUpon clone + sidebar

I need clone of stumbleuppon dot com to be integrated on my social website. Looking for a StumbleUpon clone + sidebar. Users need to be able to sign up on the site and have a basic blog like profile. (Just like Stumble Upon). Sites will be added to the database via the IE/FF toolbar. The database will only have 1 niche channel/topic, but several sub-categories with the ability to add more as needed. Users will "stumble" based on selected "favorite" sub-categories. What we need done is the programing of the tool bar, databases, scripting, backend, etc and other aspects of the site with the ability to incorporate it into our site design. social bookmarking - users can bookmark sites they find through the site and shares these links with others. Advertiser section - area for advertisers to add there website and pay for views through paypal
