I would PREFER someone who is located in AUSTRALIA (preferably Melbourne) to assist my new company through its pre-launch stage. Doesn't mean I won't hire the right person virtually from overseas, as long as you can cover the hours I require. Require someone who is available 9am-5pm Monday to Friday (7.5 hours a day) - 37.5 hour weeks. Duties include, not limited to: - Assist in Establishing, Maintaining & Improving Brand Recognition - Develop Brand Strategies - Develop Marketing Plan & Marketing Strategies - Oversee & Manage Advertising - Gathering Information to Identify Opportunities - Analyse Sales on Shopify Store - Google Analytics - SEO - Social Media Marketing (creating content, establishing a following on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) - Email Marketing (Building our mailing list on our landing page to 5,000+ real, local subscribers with genuine interest in our product) - Managing our Loyalty Program - Customer Advocate (answering client queries through on Zendesk platform in form of e-mail, facebook & twitter comments, incoming calls) - Developing a monthly mini-zine ready for printing based on products within our monthly subscription box. Skills Required: - Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills - Bachelor's Degree/Recent Graduate (Preferred) This is a long-term opportunity for a freelancer to take on full commitment. Prefer a local who can be met face to face for meetings and discussions. However, happy to do regular google hangout meetings if working virtually. Will be paid as a Freelancer for your flexibility through this website. When bidding, add the code "65548798*/" to show me that you have read this in full, otherwise you will be ignored. Anyone using standard applications and responses in their bids will be ignored. Not interested in your automatic bidding and responses to my ad. Shows me you are not professional and only looking for a quick task. You will need to commit full-time initially, I don't see a way for you to make our mailing list 5,000+ in the time frame any other way. Half commitment will not be an option in this case. I am not PURCHASING a pre-made mailing list, have no interest. These must be leads going to our real landing page and showing genuine interest with confirmation (opt-in email confirmation).
