390723 Sign up members Social Network

I need someone to help sign up new members for an exciting new social network. The person will send out email invitations to people on mailing lists inviting them to join the network. The person will be responsible for finding mailing lists and sending out all invitations. For every 100,000 members who sign up, I will pay an agreed amount. The minimum number of members to be signed up in the first month is 100,000. Only providers that have experience with such projects should place bids. When responding, please answer the following questions: 1) Have you done any email marketing or website promotion projects before? 2) Do you have any experience with social networking? 3) Do you have access to a huge email database? 4) Are you able to gather email addresses from popular social networking sites and people search sites? If yes, how do you intend to do it? 5) If you do not have access to an email database, how do you intend to manage this project? After the first month, I intend to make this an on-going monthly project, once I see some results.
