Hello, I represent a small team of developers from Ukraine. At Jazzros we are specialized in desktop and web programming and have an extensive experience in the Microsoft technology stack (C#/.NET/WPF/MSSQL/etc.). The current portfolio includes a lot of intelligent solutions developed for clients from the UK, the US, Canada, Germany Israel etc. Actually we do not have wide experience with MapPoint but we have an experience with OpenStreetMap so I think it is equivalent skills. This project seems to be much more complex than you describe here. First of all, I want to know if you already have a full documentation in order to made a proper estimation. I think the best way to implement it is to split this project in functional scenarios and to implement, step by step, most important scenarios.
