Email Marketing Platform

This project is a feature specific marketing platform. The emphasis on this project is efficient and secure code. For licensing purpose, no open source or previously used code many be used as part of this project. Exclusive rights to the code produced will be required. User Roles: User: Send emails, view leads, view training, view analytics Team Leader: Manage users email templates, lead pages, create training, view affiliate earnings System Admin: Manage all features and users Email Marketing: Part one of this project is a email marketing system using Mandrill ([login to view URL]) for SMTP. See their docs and API here - [login to view URL] Each user will be setup with a Mandrill subaccount. The Email marketing will have a contact manager, email templates, WYSIWYG editing, list management and other basic features you would expect with email marketing software. Lead Generation Pages: Each account will have replicated html sites with account specific forms for generating leads/contacts. We will provide a design and require coding of responsive html5 pages. Custom Analytics: Tracking contacts and leads with cookies to see which contacts or leads have view which pages and other basic analytics features. Output will be in the form of modern charts and graphs. Training: The Team Leader will have the ability to upload content that is visible to all of the users in their control. Billing: The website will offer these features as a service and will billing using two payment methods – likely [login to view URL] and Paypal. SSL certificate will be provided and implementation required. Team Leader Admin Panel: The team leader will have the following features: -Adding email marketing templates for all users in his team -Adding training materials for all users in his team -Viewing all members in his team, billing status, and contact information System Admin Panel: -Set email marketing templates for specific teams -create lead generation pages for specific teams -Edit and create training content for specific teams -User information: Billing, Account information Affiliate System: There is a 2 system Affiliate program that will accompany this project. -User affiliate system: Users can refer 3 people and their account will be free (no monthly payment required). -Team leader affiliate system: Team leaders will earn a percentage of all revenue generated in their team. This will be variable number set in an admin panel. Additional Features: Accounts will have 2 factor authentications Html/CSS coding of our designs will be required Alpha and beta testing of features with 25 and 500 users will be performed – we expect this system to accommodate at least 1,000,000 users. Social media integration This is just a simple overview of the project. Details will be provided and milestones set. We will only work with experienced development teams.
