I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed . Im looking to develop a digital consent and basic patient details form which will interact with the Cliniko API as outlined here [login to view URL] The digital consent form should at best, upon completion, create a new patient record and populate basic patient information in cliniko. At worst when completed, this should automatically push as PDF to the "attachments" function in cliniko. Cliniko can be downloaded as trial for free - this would enable potential developers to explore its functionality. If the latter option is chosen, then there must be a way to automatically "push" the PDF into the correct, existing, patient file. This could be done by surname, DOB and Address.

SCOPE OF WORK:- We will be coding one portal for you in which your staff would be logging in and fill basic details of patient. Once those details would be entered and your staff would submit the form, link to CONSENT FORM would be sent to an email address which was filled. Once user who received the email will click on that form, some pre-formatted form would be opened with an area to capture user signature with terms and conditions being displayed. Once user will submit the form after signing it, user record would be saved on server DB,consent form PDF would be generated on server an Clinico new patient creation API would be hit. Patient listing would be available with option to search by Name, Email, DOB and consent form would be available for reference purposes. Regards

Hello, I have checked the documentation of the Cliniko API that you have provided and I can see it has a method of creating a new patient. It means I am able to build a form/consent that can be used to create a new Cliniko patient. Could we discuss this project in details, please?
