Excel data import into WHMCS MySQL db

Looking to get this done ASAP, I have an excel sheet with data in it: 1) customers informations = ID#, name, number, email, address, company, etc... some also include additional contacts within each customer's account. 2) notes recorded on all accounts = all notes have date and time stamp, and i'd like to import the notes to each correct customers account. customers have ID numbers, each note recorded under a specific customer's account, it's assigned the same ID number. If we can import the ID numbers, it would be great, if we can't or if it will cause issues when creating new customers in WHMCS MySQL db, then it's ok, we can ignore importing the IDs, however i still need the notes imported to the correct customers accounts accordingly. attached is a sample excel sheet with 2 pages, first page shows a sample notes page, 2nd page shows sample customers data, all data in the excel sheet is fake, i just created it for the purpose of providing an example to everyone. This project will have to be done ONLY on my own computer using TeamViewer or similar remote access, as the data has a lot of private customer data, so it will not be sent to anyone under any condition.
