However, I can give you the solution for free and right here (for future partnerships, I do not look at the money very much), I think your problem is not in programming, because I ask you some questions: Has it ever worked normally and correctly? Suddenly the resources stopped working? Has the application been tested on a machine outside the current domain? Example: You develop in a company and tested in your home the application. If it has worked and suddenly stopped and also has not been tested in a location outside the current domain, then it may be that the problem is in the firewall that is blocking the sending of the emails, since I have faced this type of problem with SMTP and the sending of several emails.
