Microsoft Kinect camera - transfer information via internet between 2 remote computers

I suggest hardware accelerated (through DirectX 11) encoding of Kinect's RGB data into a H264 or H265/HEVC (better) stream. This can be achieved using the GPU (like NVidia or Intel or AMD). The H264/H265 stream will then be sent over the network to the other computer using winsock via TCP or UDP. The second computer will receive the H264/H265 stream and will decode it in GPU as well, using DirectX 11. I'm experienced with such projects and also suggest Media Foundation API for the hardware DirectX encoding/decoding and winsock . I can make a small demo quickly and complete the project afterwards.
