PDF complex page delete using VBA

I need a VBA script that can strip out pages of a pdf.
Needs to be able to read each page and then strip out certain content pages.
Page contains xxxx1 is good
The very next page is good
all following pages until they are different than xxxx1 (let's say xxxx4) are deleted.
Sometimes the deleted pages will be 2 or 3, sometimes 64, it just depends.
