The program should stitch single pictures (georeferenced) to one big georeferenced picture. Program features should be like this: -Input: We send single pictures with an interface to the program with option parameters (See below). Format: PNG, JPG, TIFF, etc. (With GPS EXIF) (Normal Picture, thermal picture, NIR (Multispectral) -Program: Stitch and optimize the pictures -Output: JPG, PNG, TIFF (georeferenced) -Parameters/Options: Option to remove Clouds Shadow, Harmonize Colors, use GCP -Server: We run a Root Ubuntu Server with Meteor, Nodejs, Docker, Python etc. So it should be possible to integrate it on this server. -The program is well documented (not only on source code) ->Test of program run on server of developer

Dear Sir/Madam, I am a remote sensing/GIS expert and propose to complete your image processing task using Python, for which I have lots of experience working on similar problems, using numpy, GDAL, and scipy. So long as you can install these modules on your server, it shouldn't be a problem to run. All code will be fully commented and include instructions for entering the files and parameters. My academic education was in Ecology and Natural Resources management, up to masters level, during which I gained skills in quantitative data analysis, programming, and statistics. This lead me to take on positions in data management and analysis with environmental consultancies for over five years, and I have additional experience gained from volunteer work placements, and my current role as a freelance data scientist and developer.
