read com port by visual basic app and send data to mysql

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows. I have data comming in my com port from arduno which is in a specific format like
%S01029.245$
where S01 is the tag for data
and 029.245 is the data
like this I will have many data like S1,S2 etc
I need a visual basic program which reads the data and indicate the value in a box as well as send the data real time to mysql database
s01 represents first colum in mysql
so if data at com port is S03 the data should go directly to third colum of mysql
you should give all codes and documentation how to edit data to visualise it on visual studio
