HQ Realtime Application streaming to browser clients

We are trying to build a solution which streams the visual content of a windows application (built with Unity 2017) to browser clients. Those applications provide high quality content which needs to be streamed in a 1:1 manner in high quality with the lowest latency possible. In essence, it's a very similar use case to game streaming. The video is directly captured from within Unity and piped as raw video to a FFMPEG process spawned before. FFMPEG now converts this raw video into a H.264/H.265 stream. In addition, we would like to use the NVIDIA Video Codec SDK to speed up this process. The goal of this project is: Find a suitable video format like H.264/H.265 for this use case. Find or develope a server which transmits the stream to a browser client. Develope a dummy client running on the most popular desktop and mobile browsers. Flash or Silverlight do not fit our requirements. We would provide an access to a Virtual Server where you should install a sample implementation of your solution. On the server, our Unity application is already installed and it exposes the video data through FFMPEG. Please only quote if you are doing all of the work yourself! Thanks in advance.
