I need an application that does the following: 1. File Copy/Move/Delete (Timestamps is needed for each operation, does it multiple times, takes an average when mutiple time its ran, highest time and lowest time) 2. File Compression/ Decompression - (Timestamps is needed for each operation, does it multiple times, takes an average when mutiple time its ran, highest time and lowest time) 3. File Write/Open/Close (Timestamps is needed for each operation, does it multiple times, takes an average when multiple time its ran, highest time and lowest time) 4. Memory Usage 5. Cpu usage 6 Network usage. For number 4,5,6 need to ability to hook into a process or select a process and if that process start measure the memory and cpu usage. i.e If i open a chrome browser i need a timestamp when the browser was started, how much memory was consumed, what cpu did it utilise and if any network traffic was consumed. This should work for Windows 7 and Windows 10 machines. If you have read this far make sure to include IMREADY keyword in your proposal before applying.

IM READY Hi! Your project sounds interesting but reading through your short list of requirements an initial research had to be done in which way these requirements can be solved. Or maybe I have misunderstood one of your requirements. So my bet is for this research ONLY with the goal to get a good understanding of the final efforts. Hello, first of all, here is the keyword you required "IMREADY". I am able to do all your mentioned tasks! My programming language of choice is c#. Thats why people would need to install the .net framework on their machines. However, this is already installed in most environments. One of your tasks leave a little question open for me. When it comes down to file compression, there are different algorithms you could use. For example, there is .zip, .rar and .7zip. rar would be a problem because i think it is not licensed in a friendly way to use it in other programs. My suggestion would be to simply measure zip compression performance The other tasks are perfectly fine for me. I will build a basic (but not trashy) user interface due to your limited budget. And of course you can save the summaries into a file with a format you like. i hope to hear from you. Best regards, Michel
