Hi! We are looking for a Windows programmer that can create a program that can open up a runtime library file, allowing the files contained inside to be accessed. The files in the library file are compressed, so the program would need to uncompress the files inside. A programmer already made this program for us, and it works very well. However, we need to modify something in the program and we don't have the source code. We have been unable to get in contact with the programmer who made the program for us.
