Add Revolution Slider WordPress Plugin to Themify Parallax Theme

I need a WordPress child theme created and change the [login to view URL] so that it includes the revolution slider shortcode. Once done I need instructions on where to make the changes if I want to change the shortcode. I will supply all the necessary login credentials. My current sliders are set up at a size of 1080x450 so I\'d like to make sure it fills the width of the screen on any device (the theme as well as the revolution sliders are responsive). Also suggest what the best size for a slider would be.
