Amend an Existing Component

Use an existing VBScript component/include that creates charts in html and make the following changes:
1. Add a point of zero (0).
Currently negative values with positive all start from the lowest number so you cannot tell where zero is and this display incorrectly. A second table (in HTML) might have to be created as an upside down version of the top chart so that negatives have their own table below zero and you can see where 0 is.
2. Make the chart legend appear on the right hand side of the table as an option.
There is currently no option to display the legend anywhere but under the table (at the bottom). I would like to add an option to enable it to be moved to the right hand side of the table/chart.
This will be challenging!!
Attached are the existing include/component files (2 files) to start from and 2 versions of use in an ASP page.
