Combine 2 MQ4 Indicators, and add directional arrows + alerts

I need the attached two indicators combined into one. Currently, they show up on my actual screen as they are running. I don't want that. I would like them both combined, but running in the background, and cannot be seen. The current settings to these indicators are to remain as they are on their default settings. When combined, they should run in the background and not be visible. Under the inputs of the combined indicator when this project is being worked on, I want the options to adjust each and every percentage on both indicators and set them as I see fit. Once they are set, and all my settings agree with each other, then I would like a "BUY" or "SELL" arrow to appear on the screen in the appropriate direction. See attached screen shot as well. There should be selections under "INPUTS" to adjust it to "Alert Buy When".....and it will be when all percentages I set under them align. Example would be when the H1, H4, and Nitro all show 70% or more in a Buy direction. When they all meet that standard, a Buy arrow will appear. Vice versa for a Sell direction. I would also like to be able to turn off or exclude some of these percentages if I don't wish to use them. So for example, I just wanted to base a Buy off off the i15 and i30, and nothing else, then I can use only those two, and exclude the other percentages from the triggering of an arrow.
