Create ThinkOrSwim scripts for trading-system rules/logic

I purchased the rules and logic to a trading system for stocks. I want to use my ThinkOrSwim trading platform to trade it, but don't have the time, inclination, or interest in learning how to write ThinkOrSwim scripts. Am therefore seeking an expert who already knows how to write ThinkOrSwim scripts and test them to develop a workable trading approach that 1) scans for setups amongst a universe of stocks and alerts when setups trigger, and 2) graphs the setup and ensuing trade including calculation of exit target and stop/loss order. The result of this scripting is I don't have to try to do the impossible, namely visually scanning hundreds of stock charts and trying to determine which ones are triggering setups. Instead, the power of the platform and the scripting enables me to focus only on setups as they occur, so I can then place the entry, exit with profit, and stop/loss orders and then monitor each trade as it unfolds.
