Customize Kodi interface and functionality

Using the OpenELEC (6.0.3) Raspberry Pi build I need someone to make the following features available in Kodi.
- Utilizing the existing karaoke functionality make the Song Selector screen show up at startup with a custom background. Also modify the Song Selector so that it will not time out and disappear from the screen until a song is selected. This would also be the case for immediately after the last song played from the queue is done.
- When playing a karaoke song the entire screen is taken up to display the video of the lyrics. I would like for this to be resized to allow for a bar on the right hand side that will show the contents of the song queue (both the song currently playing and the songs next in line).
