Farewell message

We start with a lament that Ms. XXX could not come to our office in July with a photo (available). We then strike across it 'Operation: Seoul Sister' followed by a 'CANCELLED" over it on a diagonal. We then transition to "But we'll never forget when you did come to visit us when we needed you most' Flash date - 19 June 2013 with the xxx flag with the dark ribbon over it and then follow with pictures of her when she came to xxx after the attack. We then transition into a mashed series of shots from offices saying portions of a full text- each office should have a sign (make the signs uniform) 'xxxx Hargeisa", etc,. for each duty station. We divide the following text among them:' Thank you xxxx (hargeisa) For all you have done (Garowe)... etc.
