Sourcing Custom Made Garment Supplier

At [login to view URL] we specialise in custom made year 12 school leavers garments. These garments are designed and manufactured as a custom order for each school. Average quantities for each school is 50-150 garments. This decoration includes the student's surname on the back of their own garment (meaning each garment has a different print) See the standard options on this link: [login to view URL] We have been working with a number of suppliers, but are unhappy with consistency of quality, and most importantly lead time. So far we have tried suppliers in Pakistan and China. We are now seeking a new supplier for our garments. The supplier must be of consistently high quality, must be able to custom make the garments with our options (although we are prepared to modify or reduce these options if necessary) and most importantly MUST be able to stick to agreed time frames and deadlines. Also the garments need to fall within our budget. We would prefer someone with a quality accreditation also (ISO). We are a young, but fast growing business. We are expecting orders from around 20-30 schools this year, but expect this to raise to over 100 within 2 years if we can find the right supplier. We are not particular about what country the supplier is from as long as the above criteria is met.
