We are based in the United Kingdom and are about to expand into the U.S.A. We require the services of a technical support / order fulfillment officer that can help us distribute and support our product in North America. The role involves...

Order fulfillment:

1) Configuring, packaging and sending our product; a small Android TV Stick such as: [url removed, login to view] to customers across the country.

2) Performing a software 'factory reset' on faulty devices sent back by customers.

Technical support:

1) Guiding customers through the installation process where required.

2) Troubleshooting technical issues such as the menus not changing on schedule or displaying incorrectly.

3) Training customers how to use the management software ( a web-based tool that controls the menus ).

We will provide all training. We will send you the hardware for distribution (you do not have to purchase anything).

The main reason we need someone on the ground (rather than send the devices directly) is that the units currently have some reliability issues (the whole android tv stick market is quite new). About a quarter of the units come back and need their software reset, so we need someone on the ground to manage that process.

This is an ongoing job. The person needs to be in the United States. We will pay minimum wage.
