You need to coordinate with them everyday and update me what they are doing and who is not working [login to view URL] you find someone not working properly then you have to suggest me to terminate them or you can give them notice for termination. 3. You need to keep a record of their payout and have to remind me to release their due payment on time. 4. It may be you will have to coordinate with the clients too. 5. I will discuss about different businesses with you and you need to make business plans [login to view URL] need to do same work for our company clients too. 6.
