Build a rigged 3D model

The goal is to build a rigged 3D model (head and upper body) starting from pictures and videos of a public person for a satirical video production project, that will be animated in real-time using faceshift or brekel proface and the unity maya plugin. The end result we are trying to achieve is very similar to this: [login to view URL] The rigging tutorial is here: [login to view URL] The delivery is a model and a unity project, that can be launched with the unity player, that can be animated with a kinect mocap plugged in and control the avatars face movement using the mocap in real time like in the demo. If the end result if satisfactory we will order 3D models for other characters.
