Create an 2D animation promotional video of a mobile application

Dear Animators I want to create a promotional video of a mobile application that i am developing. The video will be a 2D animation video with maximum 1:30 minutes length. I am not sure yet if it is going to include real voice or just text. If real voice is included we will record the voice and send it to you. The application will introduce an innovative and convenient way for farmers to collect and record data required to obtain certifications (ISO, organic) that will allow them to generate more revenue for the products. Farmers will have a voice activated mobile application that will assist in filling out necessary forms. These data will be fine-tuned along with other external data (e.g. GPS Location, Internet Temperature, Date..) and a daily report will be created. Digital records will be warehoused in a cloud storage database that will be accessible through a mobile application endpoint. The video must be delivered in about 2 months.
