Create another Animation

I'd like the attached image animated in the following manner: Starting with the 'Postal' section of the central shape showing I'd like each of the linked boxes to appear one after another starting with the nearest. Once the last box in 'Postal' has appeared I'd like to move onto the 'Administrative' section with its linked boxes presented in the same way. Each section will continue appearing in a clockwise rotation until the last one, 'Electoral' has completed where the video will finish. If you could make the lines grow out to each box i think it would make for a nice effect. The text within each box needs to be as legible as possible. I'd also like a high quality JPG so i can zoom in and read the content. Happy to answer any questions.
