Create 3D cartoon character for Crazytalk Animator

I am looking for a 3D cartoon bear ready made for "Crazytalk Animator". The bear should be cute and friendly in Disney style, made for little children. The bear must be a 3D-character and must be lip-synchable in Crazytalk Animator. He shall be able to laugh, to smile but also to look serious and thoughtful because he explains things to the children. For your imagination: his name will be "the laughing bear". He should stand upright, not on 4 paws. He should be exclusive and ready-made for instant use in Crazytalk Animator. Although I am using the bear for non-profit purposes in first instance, I need the exclusive commercial licence rights on the bear from the creator.
