Do some 3D Modelling

I am looking for an experienced designer to be a part of an exciting new restaurant concept in the Denver Metro area! I need a 3D rendering of the interior for my pitch package as soon as possible. It is going to be a farm to fork dining experience with an American classic as the show runner: the burger. I would like to have: exposed brick and wood for the walls with refurbished metal to give it a rustic, warm, and modern feel; ceilings with exposed duct work and industrial piping and hanging light bulbs; light butcher block for the bar and tables; the bar wall to be completely built with wood shelves and paneling; the chairs to be black and white with the opposite color leather; the booths black leather as well as floor to ceiling glass windows. Attached is a picture very similar to the desired look, though the light fixtures in the picture need to be replaced with bare hanging light bulbs and floor to ceiling windows must be inserted. There will also be conceptual fine art on the walls. It would be great if you can add some people in the restaurant that are sitting down as well as walking around. I need to have the rendering finished as soon as possible with the highest quality work. My budget is around $250 - $350. I look forward to working with you!
