I'm a designer and retailer of a popular Shapeways store that needs help fulfilling customers requests and providing some of the skills that I'm lacking. I need a zBrush (or equivalent) designer to provide me with raw .stl files that I can then prep and modify for production. Designs needed are heads (with and without helmets), hands, furry bits (pelts, tails, etc), flags, banners, etc.
I'm looking for a flat fee per art file, with non-exclusive rights to use, manipulate, and sell in my shop. My shop is a print-on-demand service so, paying per item sold is not an option for me. I am a designer as well, so I understand your time and talents are worth a higher up front cost for this level usage.
