Civil Development Concept Plan

We require you to complete stage one of our concept design for our civil project.
You will be required to extract topography from google earth (or another source of your choosing) and produce a 3D model of the area provided.
You will be provided the area coordinates upon acceptance of the project.
The 3D model must be in a CAD program that we can continue to work on for further planning.
You will be required to overlay google street maps and google satalite maps onto the 3D model.
Deliverable:
You will be required to provide the following:
1. 3D model of the required area including existing roads
2. 3D model with google maps view overlayed
3. 3D model with google sat view overlayed
4. 2D maps (of the above mentioned)
5. 2D maps showing stages of the development (areas only)
6. 3D PDF copies of all the 3D maps
7. CAD files in 2D / 3D
