I am looking for someone who is proficient in Rhinoceros 3d, with experience in Architectural design.
This person should be able to interpret plans, sections and elevations and create a 3-D model.
At times, parts of the information will be missing and it will be up to the modeller to interpret images, information from google earth, site plans, and several overlapping sets of plans to create a successful model.
This person must have a basic understanding of how to model a complex building (correct wall thickneses, placing of columns, modelling staircases and cores etc.).
In terms of the actual modelling, you must be able to generate clean geometry defined in closed polysurfaces, as this model will later be used to create further axonometric and sectional drawings using the 'Make2d' command. Please refer to the attached image as a reference for the amount of detail required and the quality of the required model.
I am looking for someone I can work with regularly, so I will start off by requiring a model of one building, and if it is successful I will certainly provide further jobs.
However, I am looking for someone who has a fast turnaround, good communication skills and the right amount of flexibility in being able to interpret the information.
(Note: I do not require any rendering skills, purely modelling)
