i have done this several times with different clients. check my portfolio and kindly check the 250 usd dollars project budget for convertion of file. although i cant accept your project budget for 30 usd only because accepting your project i have to pay already taxes and same with withdrawing so minimum is 50 usd and i will work now and will finish it asap.
