hello, I have taken interest in the make up of yours dress design, I believe the simplest way to create the central part would be to make it out of three objects. 1:The upper corset area could be plane modelled around half of the female character and then mirrored. 2: The skirt would be modelled using cloth physics to give it a soft fabric feel. 3: the detailed pattern around the middle could be made with a thin mesh wrapped around the middle and then using an alpha map to show the pattern. 4: the arms would be made out of an extruded cylinder and when shaped with vertex pulling. I do not have the track record of some of the other bidders yet because I have only just joined this site however all freelance work I have done before has always ended with a happy client, I have been noted for my skills with topology and working with the client to create the best possible product.
